This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be issued for purchases made through the VAYU application ("the App") available on Google Playstore and Apple AppStore. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase. By installing and using the App, you agree to abide by this Refund Policy.

  1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Monthly and Yearly Plans: Refunds for purchases made on the monthly and yearly subscription plans are eligible for a refund within 3 days of the purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within this timeframe. Refund requests made after 3 days will not be honored.

2.1 To request a refund, please contact our support team at refunds@aravi.me within the applicable timeframe mentioned above, depending on your subscription plan.

2.2 In your refund request, please provide the following information:

  • Screenshot of the receipt on purchase

  • Email address associated with the App purchase

  • Date of purchase

  • Subscription plan type (monthly, yearly, or lifetime)

  • Reason for the refund request

2.3 Once your refund request is received, we will review it and assess its eligibility based on the guidelines stated in this policy. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion.

2.4 If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method used for the purchase.
